Real Ira Cease Fire

Host Bob Edwards talks with NPR's Michael Goldfarb about The Real IRA's announcement of a cease fire. The announcement came in a statement to a Dublin radio and television network. The Real IRA had acknowledged responsibility for a car bomb blast in the rural Northern Ireland town of Omagh on August 15 that killed 29 civilians.
