Starr Report Delivered To House

NPR's Brian Naylor reports that after months of investigation, Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr has delivered his report to Congress. The documents arrived yesterday to the House office building where the House Judiciary committee will begin reviewing the material to see whether they contain substantial or credible information that may constitute grounds for the impeachment of the President of the United States.
