Look For Starr's Report Online

NPR's Chitra Ragavan reports that what was once rumour and conjecture has become very real, very quickly, as Starr's report may be released to the public in as soon as two days. The report will likely come out in two phases: first for the actual report; the second for the appendices attached to the report. Next week the rules committee expected to deal with procedural issues in response to the report.
