NPR's Brian Naylor reports on the expected release today of Kenneth Starr's 445 page report to Congress. Anticipating difficult months following its public release, members of Congress have vowed to face the challenge in a non-partisan way. Starr's report allegedly contains very graphic details of President Clinton's affair with Monica Lewinsky as well as charges that could lead to impeachment.
