NPR's Brian Naylor reports on House passage of a measure that would require most health plans for federal workers to provide coverage of birth control pills and other contraceptives. That coverage also would include payment for the controversial pill, RU486, referred to by critics as the `abortion pill.' Last night's 224-to-198 vote was a rare victory in Congress for abortion rights advocates.
