Epa Report Blown Away

NPR's Richard Harris reports a federal judge has thrown out a landmark Environmental Protection Agency report on second-hand smoke. The report was the basis for ordinances across the country that forbid indoor smoking. The judge said the EPA was biased and did not follow proper legal or scientific procedures.
