Electricity Demand High In Heat Wave

NPR''s Madeline Brand reports that electricity companies are struggling to provide power as hot summer weather envelopes the nation. The newly deregulated wholesale electricity market is being tested by intense heatwaves, and some utilities find the fees are as high as the temperatures.
