Disagreement Over Imf Funding

NPR Congressional Correspondent Brian Naylor reports on the disagreement between House Republicans and Democrats over funding for the International Monetary Fund. The Clinton administration is requesting 18 billion dollars for the IMF, since loans for Asian countries and Russia have drained its resources. House Republicans oppose the proposal.
