Trial Of Lockerbie Suspects

NPR''s Michael Goldfarb reports on a proposal by Britain and the United States to allow two suspects in the Pan Am Lockerbie bombing to be extradited from Libya and tried under Scottish law at the International Court of Justice in the Hague. If the plan is adopted, it would be a major concession by Britain and the U.S., which until now have insisted that such a trial be held in either Scotland or the U.S.
