Latino Conference In Philadelphia

Maria Martin of "Latino USA" reports on the National Council of La Raza''s annual conference, which drew over 15-thousand people representing over 200 Latino organizations to Philadelphia this week. The NCLR is addressing goals and leadership within the Hispanic community which will be the largest minority group in the U.S. by the end of the century.
