President Will Testify

NPR's White House Correspondent Mara Liasson reports that President Clinton has agreed to provide videotaped testimony to Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr. The President will tape his testimony AFTER Monica Lewinsky's scheduled appearance before the grand jury. Linda Tripp wrapped up her testimony and made her first public comments on the investigation yesterday.
