Law Clinics Fight Restrictions

NPR's Debbie Elliott reports that law school clinics in Louisiana are fighting strict new rules that define who they can defend. The state supreme court issued those rules after receiving complaints that a law clinic at Tulane University was pushing an agenda that undermined business development.
