Tobacco Bill Dies

— NPR's Peter Kenyon reports on the death of the McCain tobacco bill. It was designed to curb teen smoking and bring nicotine levels under federal regulation. The bill went down in the Republican controlled Senate. Supporters of the bill vow to revive it next session.
