Tobacco Legislation: What Next?

— NPR's Richard Harris reports that many anti-tobacco lobbyists were prepared for the defeat of the McCain tobacco bill. Many advocates of the bill are working on a new plan of attack. House Republicans say they're writing a "slimmed down" version of the bill. House Democratic leader Richard Gephardt calls the Republican version a "fig leaf bill".
