Opposition Wins In Colombia

— Quil Lawrence reports on the presidential runoff election in Colombia, where opposition leader Andres Pastrana claimed victory over Liberal Party candidate Horacio Serpa. Pastrana broke the Liberal Party's 12-year-long hold on power in the country with just more than 50% of the vote.
