Tobacco's Future

— NPR's Kathy Schalch reports on what lies ahead for tobacco companies following the defeat of the tobacco bill in the Senate last week. Many states are still filing lawsuits against the companies seeking compensation for medical costs and punitive damages believed attributable to smoking.
