Japanese Bank Merger

— NPR's Julie McCarthy reports on a potential merger between Japan's second largest trust bank, Sumitomo Trust and Banking, and the Long-Term Credit Bank of Japan. Many financial analysts hope that the merger will help the nation's weakened economy.
