No Immunity For Lewinsky

— NPR's Chitra Ragavan reports that a federal judge has decided that former White House intern Monica Lewinsky does not have complete immunity from prosecution in exchange for testifying before Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr's grand jury. Lewinsky's lawyer, William Ginsburg, has insisted that Starr had promised Lewinsky such a deal and then reneged on it. Starr has denied that. The decision by U.S. District Judge Norma Holloway Johnson would open the way for Starr to call Lewinsky to testify before his grand jury.
