U.S.-Chinese Cooperation

— NPR's Ted Clark reports that the United States and China have made some progress in military and security cooperation. The two countries have exchanged visits by military officials. Washington hopes that giving China a better understanding of the U.S. military will help avoid any serious confrontation.
