Researching Crack Cocaine's Effects On Babies

— NPR's Michelle Trudeau reports on the latest research regarding children who were exposed to crack cocaine before they were born. There is evidence that the long-term effects of in-utero exposure to crack may not be as detrimental to learning ability and other childhood development and behavior, as earlier conclusions suggested.
