Minnesota Vs. Tobacco Industry

— Minnesota Public Radio's Elizabeth Stawicki reports that the tobacco industry is resting its case in the Minnesota tobacco trial. Barring a settlement, this case would be the first state case against the tobacco industry to go before a jury.
