Dutch Considers Legalizing Mercy Killings

— Gillian Sharpe reports from the Hague on the debate in the Netherlands over whether formally to legalize euthanasia. Each case is reviewed by a public prosecutor, who determines whether the person was terminally ill and requested assistance in dying. If so, then no charges are brought against the physician.
