— NPR's Ted Clark previews Secretary of State Madeline Albright's meeting today in Washington with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, which is aimed at restarting the long-delayed Israeli/Palestinian peace process. The U.S. is trying to convince Israel to return another 13% of Occupied Territory in the West Bank to Palestinian control while still retaining a security presence in the territory. Netanyahu has suggested that Israel might be willing to return 9% of the territory and maybe even 11%, but not 13%.
