Public Broadcasters Can Exclude The Fringe

— NPR's Nina Totenberg reports that the Supreme Court has ruled that public broadcasters are allowed to exclude fringe candidates from political debates, as long as the broadcasters are acting impartially. That decision and another on capital punishment were handed down yesterday.
