N. Ireland Vote

— NPR's Michael Goldfarb reports from Belfast on the vote for Northern Ireland's proposed political settlement. A poll in yesterday's Belfast Telegraph Newspaper indicates that 52% will support the settlement and about a quarter of the voters remain undecided. The controversy centers on the emotive issue of the early release for prisoners convicted of terrorism during the last three decades.
