Kids & Seatbelts

— NPR's Don Gonyea reports that law enforcement agencies nationwide are bearing down this week on motorists who do not secure children in safety seats or safety belts. The initiative, endorsed by the U.S. Department of Transportation, is designed to lower the number of children killed in car crashes.
