Tobacco Settlement

— Minnesota Public Radio's Laura McCallum reports that two weeks after the State of Minnesota's seven-billion-dollar settlement with the tobacco industry, debate is erupting over how to spend the money. Some of the discussion has turned to the state's co-plaintiff — Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, the first health care plan in the nation to sue tobacco companies.
