Ylum Leniency

— NPR's Barbara Bradley reports that U.S. courts are being more lenient in extending asylum to certain groups suffering persecution trying to get into the country. The criteria largely falls into the domain of defining what is and isn't persecution — and also recognizing specific social groups.
