Pakistan Nuclear Tests

— NPR's Michael Sullivan reports on the regional response to Pakistan's testing of nuclear weapons yesterday. Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif announced that five successful nuclear detonations were carried out in response to an identical number of tests by India. The announcement has been met with international condemnation, but with jubilation among Pakistanis.
