Who Are You Connected To?

-- NPR's David Baron reports on a study that bolsters the notion that everyone on Earth is connected by, at most, six people. The concept is commonly referred to as "six degrees of separation". The study appears in today's issue of the journal "Nature". The findings could have several practical applications, such as studying the transmission of diseases.
