Mexican Compliance In Drug War

—NPR's Tom Gjelten reports on efforts in Congress to overturn President Clinton's certification of Mexico as cooperating fully in the war on illegal drugs. Among those trying to `de-certify' Mexico is California Senator Dianne Feinstein. She says Mexico would have to do much more to be considered in minimum compliance with U-S efforts to disrupt traffic in illegal drugs.
