Boy Scouts May Discriminate

—Ansel Martinez of member station KQED in San Francisco reports that two rulings by the California Supreme Court say the Boy Scouts of America are not covered by the state's anti-discrimination laws. The ruling allows the Boy Scouts to exclude anyone who does not wish to follow the guidelines set by the Scouts, such as atheists and homosexuals.
