—NPR's Dan Charles profiles Jamie Love, a consumer activist who believes intellectual property should be public property, not privately held. Love has unsuccessfully challenged the pharmaceutical, music, and entertainment industries over the issue of intellectual property ownership. He is campaigning to make all kinds of information freely available on the Internet, including the software programs that enable people to transfer that information. (7:18) [Stations: Jamie Love's campaign is called The Consumer Project on Technology.]
