Transportation Bill

—NPR's Brian Naylor reports on the controversy surrounding the massive transportation bill before Congress. The measure would spend more than 200-billion dollars on roads, bridges and mass transit systems. But some members of Congress have been accused of funneling excess money to projects in their home districts.
