New Russian Prime Minister

—NPR's Andy Bowers reports that Russian President Boris Yeltsin has named a prime minister. As expected, Sergei Kiriyenko will be nominated. The young reformer has been filling the post in an interim capacity since Yeltsin started restructuring his cabinet last week.
