Summit Of The Americas

— Host Susan Stamberg discusses the Summit of the Americas with Richard Feinberg, who was President Clinton's National Security Advisor for Latin America from 1993 to 1996. They talk about some of the issues other than trade, which the leaders will take up in their meetings. Those include how to more effectively combat the trade in illegal drugs and how to deal with Cuba. Professor Feinberg is now a professor of international economics at the University of California in San Diego.
