Clinton In Chile

— NPR's Tom Gjelten reports from Santiago on President Clinton's state visit to Chile, prior to this weekend's Summit of the Americas. The President met privately with Chile's President Eduardo Frei yesterday. Today, when the President addresses Chile's parliament, he's expected to emphasize the country's economic success as well as its progress in restoring democracy and human rights.
