Tobacco Bill

— NPR's Brian Naylor reports on the Clinton Administration's review of Arizona Senator John McCain's bill. It would require tobacco companies to pay 500 billion dollars over the next 25 years to reimburse states for health care costs and limit the industry's liability in future court cases.
