Supreme Court Hears Sexual Harassment Case

— NPR's Nina Totenberg previews the arguments in a sexual harassment case that the Supreme Court hears today. The case will test whether a worker has grounds to sue when she turns down a supervisor's advances, but neither reports the harassment nor suffers economic losses because she refuses. The High Court's decision in the case is expected to either limit or dramatically expand future sexual harassment claims in federal courts.
