Man To Be Arraigned For Kidnapping Daughters

— NPR's Tovia Smith reports from Boston on the arraignment of a Florida man on charges of kidnapping his two young daughters in 1979 after a divorce, secretly moving them from Massachusetts to Florida, assuming a new identity and raising them in Palm Beach under different names. Stephen Fagan told the girls their mother had died in a car accident. His lawyer says he'll present a defense that says Fagan took the girls because they were in danger because their mother was an alcoholic and was neglecting them.
