Jury To Decide On Convicted Killer's Mental Competence

— Jason Beaubien of member station KQED reports from San Francisco on arguments in a California hearing that will decide whether convicted murderer Horace Kelly can be executed. Kelly had been scheduled for execution last week, but it was postponed until a jury can decide whether he is mentally competent.
