McDougal's Grand Jury Appearance

— NPR's Chitra Ragavan reports on Susan McDougal's latest appearance before the Whitewater grand jury in Little Rock. She and her husband, James McDougal, were business partners with Bill and Hillary Clinton during the failed Whitewater land development project when Bill Clinton was governor of Arkansas. Susan McDougal served 18 months in prison for refusing to testify for Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr in 1996, and is expected to refuse again.
