McVeigh Appeals Conviction

— NPR's Mark Roberts reports from Denver reports that convicted Oklahoma City bomber, Timothy McVeigh goes before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. His attorneys will argue that the trial was full of errors, and McVeigh's conviction should be overturned. McVeigh has been sentenced to death for the bombing which killed 168 people in April of 1995.
