Sports Teams, Public Ownership?

— NPR's Tom Goldman reports on sports fans who want to be team owners. Oregon Congressman Earl Blumenauer is leading the fight to allow community ownership of professional sports teams. He cites the Green Bay Packers as a prime example, and says local citizens can benefit greatly from similar arrangements.
