Senate Agrees To Pay U.N. Dues

— NPR's Peter Kenyon reports on Senate passage of a State Department funding bill that would pay 900 million dollars in back dues that the U.S. owes the United Nations. The bill includes an abortion restriction attached by House Republicans last month. President Clinton is opposed to that restriction and may veto the bill.
