'Smart Weapons'

— Host Bob Edwards talks to Tom Mariner, a retired Commander in the U.S. Navy and carrier-based pilot during the Persian Gulf War, about technical improvements that have been made in `smart weapons' during the eight years since the war. Commander Mariner is familiar with the types of bombs and missiles that could be used against Iraq, if military action is taken.
