— Host Bob Edwards talks to NPR's Cokie Roberts about Clinton administration plans to make its case to the American people this week for possible military action against Iraq. The President will address the nation tomorrow from the Pentagon, and his national security team will travel to Ohio on Wednesday, in an effort to solidify public support for military measures against Saddam Hussein.
