Oprah 'Veggie Libel'

— NPR's Wade Goodwyn reports a judge has thrown out key parts of a lawsuit by Texas cattle ranchers against Oprah Winfrey, which will make it harder for the cattlemen to win their case. The cattlemen charge that Winfrey defamed the beef industry during her show about mad cow disease, which aired almost two years ago.
