Illegal Digital Copying

—NPR's Christopher Joyce reports on a proposal to stop the illegal copying of digital versions of music and films. A group of companies including Sony, Hitachi and Intel have suggested a technical solution to the problem. The companies want the digital information to be encoded so it can be viewed and listened to... but not copied.
