Murderer's Lawyer Scandal

—Matthew Algeo of member station K-W-M-U in St. Louis reports on the case of convicted murderer Reggie Powell, who is scheduled to be executed next Wednesday. His lawyers are appealing his sentence on the grounds that he was poorly represented by his trial lawyer, who had a sexual relationship with him.
